oh...either way its cool...btw i would love a demolish button for an entire city...or atleast an abandonment of a city...

There is not a "demolish" button on the buildings page for resource plots. One can still demolish these plots from inside the castle. Perhaps these buildings were overlooked when the demolish button was added to the buildings pages?
I doubt this comes up very often, and there is a perfectly acceptable work-around, so I don't see this as needing an urgent fix (or possibly any fix).
