Hi all,
First up - the "couldn't log in" error some players experienced this morning is unrelated - it appears to be a routing table error with a common ISP that the same players used, and also appears to be resolved by the ISP.
Secondly - this building was released into the wild prematurely and in error.
The dozen or so players who managed to get it built are to be congratulated for their eagle-eyed nature, but would probably also have been disppointed to discover that it didn't actually *do* anything.
I've removed the building from the player towns who managed to get it built, and have also made sure the building option no longer appears for construction in other player towns.
The players who had their Chancery buildings removed have been compensated for our error on this premature release.

And if this is gonna be a permanent addition, how about similarly adding a building plot for the new structure? Is this gonna or not happen?

When did this appear? First time i've noticed it. Is this why some of us had trouble accessing the site today?
 Chancery of Estates Level 1The Chancery of Estates functions as a bureaucratic and administrative building in a town, creating, holding and updating all the records for the town's Sovereign Claims, and providing maintenance and repairs to the infrastructure of your town's Sovereign Land. The Chancery of Estates allows your town to claim Sovereignty over unsettled squares at a substantially cheaper rate than normal - reducing the Research and Gold cost of all the town's Sovereign Claims by 3% per building level. However, this building does spend raw resources on maintenance as well - 100 each of Wood, Clay, Iron and Stone per hour per building level.
