New Alliance

I don't know if you have your alliance now but I want to know how to create an alliance.I've got an Consulate level 5,the research finesse and 5000 gold but i don't know where to go to create the alliance.

Is anyone interested in starting their our alliance, but thinks they might need a little extra help?

Because my little siter wants to start an alliance but I told her not to because she is still too weak and doesnt have a high enough consulate. However, she has good ideas and I will be helping her a little. She is a good leader, and I trust she could make an alliance that works.

She is in the North East, so the alliance would have to be started in that area. But ya, if this sounds good send her an ingame message. Her username is Islanzadi (Shes an elf, and I think she wants an Elf Alliance, however I told her she should be accepting everyone if she wants a good alliance. So I think she doesnt mind as much if its more than just elves.)

If anyone does help her out in creating this alliance I will be very greatful. Because I would do it myself, however I do not want to leave my curent alliance.
