Yes, you are. You can then resettle the city.

Hi everyone,
I have had several petitions to the GM's granted to me. Those involved slight alterations to names... for example... if u chose to be named eric the norseman, i would personally try to entice you to change it to Eric the Norseman... only because it looks cooler...
Your friendly gm's will generally go along with that.
I also asked for more "exotic" things, and yes, i know this might sound a lot worse than it is. But if ur request is within logic, trust your gm's to help you with it. If not, they will surely have a reason for it. They never let me down. Peter Pan Rules!!!

What a wonderful job the team are doing with the changes to Ui2 and the resulting Hotfixes! I hope those players with funny names eg Flotilla the Bum  will exercise patience at this exciting time.

Hi there,
Not at this time, no.
We do - via Petitions - sometimes allow players to make minor changes (capitalisation of first letter of name, for example - or fixing a typo), but otherwise, no.
