   One of the things we've learned from the recent conflict in Illy is how important communication is, between players, in an alliance, and among alliances.  What are some best practices that we can all use to improve communication and reduce misunderstanding?
For example:  Have a diplomat clearly designated on each alliance page, along with an alternate.
