Move army at XX:XX:XX

   A button to launch your army at a certain time of your choosing would be a nice addition especially during siege operations were a mistake can be very costly and time consuming

An additional spot on the military screen to type in time XX:XX:XX with a check box next to it to confirm the action and it will only work when the time entered is less than 5mins away

so if i want to send my army at 12:30:00 server time i have to give the order between 12:25:00-12:29:59 this will still add the human element to send troops though it will help alleviate the pain of lag/human error when needing to send at an exact second

	Why would you want to remove sources of human error from the operation? Shouldn't people have to do things carefully and properly? There's already a lot of free reign to prevent oneself from making mistakes, but this possibility of screwing up and knowing the ramifications to carefully timed operations is probably the biggest source of tension and excitement in the game, bar none.
