mobile version of game (html)

   I'd like this game to be a little smarter about mobile devices. Suggestions: 
- completely hide chat, it eats up data and the high latency of mobile connections means it's hard to participate in chat
- make the icons at the top easier to navigate; the little tiny icons next to the large icons are nearly impossible to hit correctly
- turn off a lot of the graphics; again, eats up data 

When I'm on the mobile all I really need to do is q up a building and some troops. Any interaction with the world map is impossible from what I can see.
