Missing Trader

I've read every post on the Trade subject before I started this endeavor. Anything constructive to contribute?

Just about 30 hours ago I completed the build on my first Trader. I wanted to send her to Centrum. I clicked on Centrum and used the option Send Trader. When I clicked Send Trader I got a message that said I needed Fraction Markets researched, then my Trader simply disappeared.

During the 20 hour trip to Centrum, Fraction Markets research would have been completed. The guides and forum posts say I need fraction Markets to buy/sell/store but do not mention I needed it researched before I could send my trader to Centrum.

My Trader is not traveling nor in any of my towns or other trade hubs. But my town of Oconomowoc, where my trader was built, is being charged the 30 g/ph for her.

Getting to the point where I can utilize the trade aspect of this game was a long and tedious task. Right now I should have this part of the game open to me and I should be exploring and learning the wonderful world of trading. Instead, I am waiting another five days for my second trader to be built. This is extremely frustrating.

I am not a large prestige buyer but I am a consistent buyer. To have such a large part of the game denied to me because of a bug or glitch that has not yet been resolved leaves me with a very bad taste in my mouth.

This should be an easy fix. Check to see that I have built a Trader in my town called Oconomowoc. Check to see that I do not have a Trader. Check to see that my town of Oconomowoc is being charged the 30 g/ph for a Trader that I do not have. Restore my Trader. Restore my gold.


My support petition number concerning this matter is 8760. It has been  Acknowledged, Under Investigation but has yet to be Assigned. This is quite frustrating. I use the prestige I purchase to speed up the game. Having, what I consider, a major delay denying me a large part of the game unresolved is very disappointing.
