microsoft surface rt illy app wont load

im having more issues i loged a ticket days ago and have had no response, the app runs through all the start up prompts but gets to the last screen initializing game and goes no further it just keeps thinking, i have a good internet connection , i have unistalled and reinstalled app, I have the issues using the browser on the tablet means i dont get the chat windows or friends list so i rely on the app for 90% of my play time i have poured quite a bit of money in to the game and im getting a little frustrated with not getting any response for this issue , I can still use hilly through the website on the tablet but have to use it sideways to  fix layout issues, please help if you can.
