Map screen default location

Changing map screen to the same as the selected city would save LOTS of unneccesary extra frustrating clicks/ typing! 

At present it seems to default variously according to how/ if you logged off last; confusing and sometimes Far-off from where would seem natural. 

Incidentally it'd mean less harvesters/ armies unwittingly sent to OTHER/ WRONG city sites, (which a recall button alone wouldn't fully fix...)

	I made a note on the wall next to my computer. Its written in 1 inch letters with a fat red crayon. It reads... 'CENTER THE MAP EVERY TIME YOU LOOK AT IT!!!'

	i have been known to forget which town has the focus and have sent harvesters on absurdly long journeys.

	Sometimes I want to send an army/harvester/diplomat from town beta to a location that I can find by looking at the location of an army from town alpha, so resetting the map when changing towns would be incredibly annoying.

	Once you have a lot of cities you will probably be glad the map doesn't reset every time you switch cities. Yes, it can cause some frustration if you forget where you are in the map, but overall it's better that way. Having to find the place you were in the map (if it is some distance from any of your cities for example, if you are looking for harvestables or city locations) would be much more annoying. The tower in the center of your compass is your friend; pretty soon clicking it to re-center when you open the world map will be almost automatic.
