Maybe such a building is already planned, more are yet to come.

Ive been thinking about how low the Mana growth rate is because I have finally got round to completing the final build level of the Mage Tower and notice there aren't any other Mana increasing buildings other than that, so I suggest possibly implementing a Sacrificial Altar that relies on food, beer, cattle and horses to produce a secondary Mana source, similar to the Mill, Kiln, Forge and Stonemason, just like you can convert Research Points into books, why not for Mana?
