Make troops in one town.......

	and be able to take other troops in an army to another town to reinforce and be able to drop troops off in the town your reinforcing so they can serve under that towns commander??? Just wondering if that would work somehow. So send an army from X town to Y town and drop X armies troops off at Y town so they can serve under Y towns commander.
