I am having the same issue. However I don't use facebook. I log on and to the herald page. I type anything and I an immediately logged out.

Same on my phone, it reverts back to FB. What a dull journey to work!

I just started having a similar problem about two or three hours ago. I can log in fine. And I can stay on the Herald page, apparently indefinitely. But whenever I try to do anything, like go to support to petition, the game dumps me out to the log-in screen. But, I don't use facebook. I'm registered through an email addy and just use Explorer 9. Never had problems before. Restarting, cleaning up, clearing cookies and cache and even fully rebooting does not have any effect.

Clear your browser cache (by going to the "Tools" section of your browser). This MAY resolve the problem -- it has for several people today. You may need to close and re-open Internet Explorer after clearing your cache.

Everything was working this morning, but I cannot play at the moment, I can login sort of, it just sits on the main page with the herald and on my capital city. If I try to click on another city, none of which are visible as the drop down menu now drops up? it crashes and returns me to the Illyriad App page. This is not the browser crashing (IE9), this is Illyriad crashing, I wonder if this is Facebook related again? In short, you can sorta login, but you cannot do anything, you cannot talk in GC chat or AC chat and anything you click on causes you to be kicked out of the application Malph
