Greetings I am not sure if it is the Windows as they like screwing up the game I love to play but I am unable to send out any in game mail. Every time I try to compose a new mail I get this"<p>

Have you tried clearing your cache and refreshing your browser? Or logging in and out of the app?
If you are using the app and logging in and out is not working, one option is to uninstall and reinstall. If that doesn't work, you might try playing directly in a browser. You can request an Illy-specific password at illyriad.co.uk if you don't already have one.

It still does not work Rill I've uninstalled it and cleared all my cache but I can not send out mail

Hi Devs, I have a Tablet and it's the App. I know I'm not the only player who cannot send out mail or reply to messages. Every time I go on GC I tell people my outgoing mail doesn't work and I talk to them there. At least one other person in GC says "Me too!" Please fix or advise.

Same issue for me now. Tried relogging, clearing cookies - all in vain. Seems like a server side problem.
