Magical Arms and Armour.

   Since a very complete set of arms and armour is in place. I was wondering if Devs had any plans for Magical Smiths and whatnot. Being able to research and enhance our existing troops with say plus 1% to possible plus whatever % weapons and armour would be nice. Further this could be expanded to include magical resources and the use of both books, resources, magic points, magic research in construction and implementation. Just a quick thought.

	Could be a new spell realm, or maybe its part of the Bless realm that is planned.
