maybe you should use your intra-alliance communication methods to give skull a wee push, because we are, honestly, waiting on the list of towns...

Ahhh.... Don't know what the new offer is but I know what most of us didn't like about the last one. it's not the sort of thing that can be divided up 58 ways.........!

Honestly, I've heard the new offer and it's nowhere near enough to compensate the alliance for their losses. Not even close. I was pretty amazed Skull offered it.

The point was to offer surrender terms that were generous enough to give LWO the opportunity to end the hostilities, but not so generous as to constitute an invitation to every other alliance that is "bored" to test out their war machine on us.
