Loading screen error.

   i need help. i cant get into the game. buttons can be clicked but nothing happens it loads onto the site but its like its in a loop 4 loading or something i have a vid here.http://youtu.be/ts1JcjZ0tJA?hd=1
the vid provides a ton of info needed. if more is needed plz say.
