Varies slightly but its something along the lines of [constant]e^(.5$LEVEL) in terms of cost. Constant varies by building. Some buildings favor certain materials over others as well.

I concur with the need.  I wouldn't clutter up the resource bar though.  Perhaps just add it to the tooltip for quantities.  Also, commas would really help with the poor number readability.

Often than not , I have problem recalling my storehouse maximum limits. As such ,I feel it should be reflected on the main interface for easier reference.

Eg:

A level 4 storehouse can hold 1647 of each type

337/1647 Wood +27
225/1647 Clay +24
113/1647 Iron +21
200/1647 Stone +23
1000/1647 Food +9
800/1647 Gold +7

Another improvement i would like to see is probably round off those limits to nearest 100 for easier reading and better presentation.Don't wish to see so many numbers and get your head spinning.Just like caravan, it can carry 200. We don't just put it as carry 217 , right?
So a level 4 storehouse  max limits should be rounded off to 1600 or 1650 or even 1700.
