To appose the illy police, and help you out of any legally binding agreements in illy from other illyrians. My profile in-game is cardoril and im one of the first illy lawyers. I can help you negotiate prices get out of contracts and look for ways around the rules the illy police have set so you don't need to worry about the police. If you haven't hired me and have no plan to pay me then i will not testify its counted as police brutality to jail you. If you agree to pay the desired amount then you will be helped to the best of my ability. BUT if you don't pay after within 2 weeks i will have you on the stand for fraud! Most of the time a lawyer might not be needed though so my prices are really cheap. 15k gold for 1 day, 100k gold for a week. You can make more than that trading a little over a dozen hides than how much it costs to pay me! So think which is better being secured from police and contracts, or being open to brutality and unfair deals.

When I started playing, someone gave me 1m gold for simply saying hello in GC and asking a few questions.  I thought it was really generous at the time, but now that I sit on a huge pile of gold after more than 1 year of playing Illyriad, I realise that it wasn't such a big deal.  The point being I got "paid" without being anything except a dung shoveller!

people hate me for being the lawyer and the illy police basically execute me for talking when i do...... and even when i get out of the execution they act like i didn't point is everyone in illy hates lawyers for some reason
