Another alliance started by a newb, less than 1k pop.  We need some limit on alliances, maybe a min population or city requirement to start one.

Knights of the Red Stag is a Celtic order of Knights (alliance) looking for active persons to join.  Weather you be Bard or Ard Ri or Dargon This is the alliance for you and the Kelt in you.
Send request to Duke Edward, Grand Master of OKRS and you too may become a Knight of the Red Stag.
