Topic: Join TOR University (training alliance) Posted: 05 Aug 2013 at 22:12 |
We have slightly changed the initial post to account for
changes in the TOR-U training program (and make it more reader-friendly). We
will from now on put a much higher focus on military training and specialising
our members in military production much earlier. Nonetheless, although we aim
to become more of a military training alliance, we invite newbies to learn
about all aspects of this game. But we believe that also our Republic needs to
be prepared for war.
We have also started a close partnership with Elgean
Republic of Orden de Malta to perform military exercises and aid in training
their members. Malta will put a special weight on training newbies with a Spanish
speaking background.
Have a nice day :)

Hey, this is a recruitment thread and not some sort of cabaret.
Just do not listen to all the gossip rilling down the forum and send me or Janosch a mail, if you are interested in joining our leadership program ;)

LOL. I would have thought Crowalition leaders would know that. But now that you mention it, I did recognise some deficits in the past.
Yes, you need to be in TOR or TOR-U (though we are an alliance that allows or members to leave, if they do not like it in TOR, unless you aim to settle in our main hub in which case we demand an exodus of your cities).

Do you actually have to be in TOR or TOR-U to join? I've always wanted to know how to lead an alliance.

TOR and TOR-U now offer a leadership training program. If you are interested in learning how to lead an alliance in the world of Illyriad, you need to join TOR-U (or TOR when you have pop > 2K) and contact Gnorfum.

Do you mean my debate or are you actually intending to recruit people?
