I am selling my Island.

City comes optional (with a higher bid) , spot preterraformed at 7 food 3 clay.

Make you bids below, one for the city and the island, one for just the island. 

Bear in mind, the island has a reserve, so bids of 1 gold, cow, mules etc. are NOT acceptable
