Day 6 (Part One)

Welcome back to day 6 of our tournament coverage for the Harnessing of the Elementals! Today's post is brought to you in association with Chancery of Estates... 'Coming soon™ to ease your gold and research upkeep worries but robbing your city of resources.' LOL Here's all the news and views from the last days action.

No change at the top of the leader board. Iduna [Curse] remains tournament leader for the third day still with 15 elementals binded to her cities across 4 altars (not 3 as previously reported). Still nipping at her heels is Llyorn of Jaensch [H?] with 9 across two altars, trailed just behind by Pasi [WE] and Tanis [Curse] with 8 elementals a piece. The remainder of the chasing pack is lead by Jack Aubrey [Dlord] and Gixy [Curse] with 7 each.

Yesterdays hottest contested altars were the fire altar of Turalia with over 32k lost souls, the Windlost air altar with over 23k casualties and finally the water alter at Keppen with over 10k troops failing to return to their cities. Dead

Only the one epic encounter to report yesterday as Mandarin31 [VIC] attacking the Turalia Altar of Fire and over 20k bodies littering the battlefield after all the dust had settled. Ouch

My bad... I must've had a brain fart whilst typing up today! I have 4 numbers written down in my notes but obviously forgot how to count at the last moment. Probably not the only mistake over the last few days but thankfully only the first pointed out... and that's opened up the floodgates now! LOL

First off, great commentary, really appreciate the work you are putting into this.
I have one point to make, you state I have 15 elementals divided over 3 altars, however, I have them divided over 4 altars. Just to get info straight.

LOL. I was actually surprised by the rankings of alliances. I expected some alliances to be doing better especially VALAR and probably mCrow were a lower little too than I would have thought. Some of the smaller players and alliances should be very proud at getting onto the boards. Clap

You actually addressed why I post the info in daily. We love our stats so it gives people a chance to compare to the previous day! Smile By the end of the tournament I'm going to be drowned in scribbled notes and stats though. Yes I still actually use pen and paper to keep some notes and not everything is done on my famous etherpads!

I'll send you a beer to help ease the pain with the pinkie cramp though... you can either drink it or soak your finger in it! LOL

Kudos on the alliance vs alliance stats Man. Always interesting (we wuv our stats here in Illy).

As most are aware of the actual tourney info, instead of mass copy/paste-ing, perhaps in future a simple link (my scrolling pinkie gets cramp Wink )?
