I started this too, I'm going to try to include the iron mines, quarries, clay pits, etc. on the outskirts of town. I got the castle up and working on a barracks, I'll post some screenies when I'm further along.
(I might run out of room where I started.....that would suck)

id prefer to keep at the original buildings cuz it will be hard enough to completely fill those with the materials minecraft provides
