I was just introducing idea from other game sites like zynga, they are
free also. Wasn't mean hearted, just little frustrated from 2 days of
non gaming, thank you for your advice but you don't need to be so rude. I
believe that you are good person and i hope that there is more love on
forums, not hate.

kita, if you are having so many problems and are so unhappy you would demand compensation for a free game on an internet YOU choose to pay for, then go somewhere else and quit bellyaching about connection problems that are probably on your ISP side of the fence because it can't handle active pages that are always updating. You aren't going to get anywhere here regarding it. Our Devs are always working on this game in the background. It sometimes causes connection problems when it is big enough update. If you don't like developers that are always working to improve a game, please go somewhere else! If YOU choose to stay then quit whining. That is all it comes across as now.

tnx dunnoobbut intersting and seems like good advice but, not using mobile broadband and speed tests are ok, have fast net. now it seems they fixed problem, but if it happens again ppl use opera, woudn't be text in chat boxes but will work, tryed with firefox, chrome, explorer, adjusted firewalls, changed ip... two days of trying and finaly it was opera.

Happens sometimes to me, too, but not recently. It typically means that something on your side either drops packets or forwards them excessively slowly. E.g., my mobile broadband connection sucks between 1500 and 2000 server time, because that's 5pm to 10pm local time when everybody uses their smartphones.
If your problems started yesterday it could be a bad case of everybody trying to get 55MB Windows patch day (2nd Tuesday in a month) goodies, where everybody means the 100,000 folks sharing the bandwidth working perfectly for at most 1,000 simultaneous users. If you don't use mobile broadband ignore my rant and check your LAN, everybody in your family watching YouTube while you play Illy also would not help...

Do not agree, there is competition on the web, it only looks free, but they make money and should provide good service, otherwise somebody else will take their place. I love illy, but if this persist i will look for substitute, as will many. This was proven many times in history of www

thank you :) i was going crazy, it is going for 2 days now. I think we should get some compensation, because we lost 2 days of building, attacking, resources... If you agree with me, reply, comment...
