My guess is that the winning entry will feature as part of the game on the world map and possibly in faction histories at the very least...so that will take time to be properly prepared and inserted into the game.
I reckon it will be worth the wait :)

Surely, if the order is now defunct, its friendship won't be much use. Even if it's actually just gone underground, it'll be of limited use; the Hub itself shall be controlled by some other faction (even if only as a front for the hidden order). First pick of a spot to settle might be cool, though

There are a lot of great choices, so it's understandable it will take time. Take all the time you need.
My guess is, you can't open up BL until you pick a name, and I for one, want to keep my research queues filled just a little longer. |
