Icons Not Working

I'm turn a new player to Illyriad. I've been enjoying your game for a while now, but I seem to have hit a snag right now. I can log in and everything, but the herald does not load completely and when I click on any icon like messages, profile, town, world map, research etc it just shows an eternal loading icon on the left. I cannot even raise a ticket for the same. My chat seems to come on and off as well so I managed to ask some questions in all chat, but could not find any answers. My city is currently sitting at -9 food and I cannot build anything. Would appreciate your help on this.

I am using a Lenovo Y50 with windows 10. I've tried the game on chrome, firefox and edge all latest versions. I have all updated drivers,programs etc. Additionally every other website works.

P.S if i have to restart my game, please let me know in advance as I would rather quit than do that.

	Looks like you might need to run a virus program or something.

	I had a similar problem a while ago in which the Herald was not loading properly and then all the icons would not appear (would just be a list of options that never loaded fully). I also had additional text and links appear after writing on the forums similar to what you have currently. I downloaded AVG free and ran a virus scan which returned a few results and removed them. I also went through and deleted all of the programs from my computer that I no longer used. One of these fixed my problem (not sure which one) but it has not troubled me since. I didn't lose anything from the game so I don't think you would have to restart. Hope this helps :)
