I think maybe Idomiti should have a standard recruiting policy whereby all our new members should have at least taken part in TIFFS organisastion for a while before they made join Idomiti? Maybe, we will see how it goes.

There's nothing wrong with the original link; it's the BB Code that's messed up.

This works:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Apkgk5EjDdvxdG9Lc1BxbEYxeno3MHE3dUlhVkZ6RGc&hl=en_US

Now I'm gonna try this:

It seems to work.

Torn Sky ~ Good point.

Mandarins31 ~ Identifying who's in and who's out shouldn't be too difficult.
I think it should be the responsibility of the inhabitants of each region to keep track of who's who.

Preceding Alliance name & ticker and capital/municipality names with an indicator should be sufficient.  I've named my first alliance "T_Meillan Occidental" with the ticker T_ME1

Since I'm on the subject, I should link to a Region / Alliance index spreadsheet I'm working on:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Apkgk5EjDdvxdG9Lc1BxbEYxeno3MHE3dUlhVkZ6RGc&hl=en_US

I've also preceded the name of my Capital with the 'C--' which indicates it's a TIFFS city to be left alone and you've just reminded me to rename my two municipalities.

Basically, if a city name is not preceded by the 'm--' then don't attack it. And if you do intend on attacking, maybe work out some details with your intended target before going ahead.

It's important to remember that, at this point, TIFFS is theoretical; as soon as it becomes 'experimental' those brave souls willing to jump in will work out the kinks as we go along.

The difficulty, after being 100% clear on the rules, will be in the organisation... whatever the entrance/leaving rules will be, that will be hard to know who entered when, who is avaible to attack and who is not, what are the official alliances and what are the rules relative to each battles (use of siege or not, use of thieves or not...).... well, all that will ask a big organisation. And i dont even talk what kind of problems it would bring if the ones who join are not all serious/aware about the rules, or if outcommers joined the party braving the rules...

But anyway, i love the concept, and if it works i would be client.

Great Idea. More power to you.

(Fitzgeralds comment was creepy by the way).
