How often do you play now

   I talk on GC and AC sometimes, do quests, check my neighbourhood for rats on plains (and kill them). An hour  or two a day during the week, several hours a day in the weekend. I could do with less, but it's fun still!

	For a while I was only logging in once a day to queue up buildings and such, though I was elected Rook recently, so since then I've been logging on 3-5 times a day. Plus I just exodus'd one of the cities so I need to be on more for that. I don't usually stay on for long periods of time unless I'm chatting in AC or there's something I need to do though. Occasionally I'd get distracted by youtube and be idol for hours at a time. Does that count? =P Edited by Brids17 - 17 May 2012 at 22:51

	Well, as RL successfully prevents me spending the whole day in front of the computer (thank you, RL! ), I grow slowly but very steadily since my start in Illyriad... (Exodus kicked me some way back, now ...) As Alliance organisation (or at least participating in it) takes up some time, too, I find meself logging in twice or threetimes a day, but atm I'm searching ways to reduce that to a (to me) more acceptable level again (once a day really should be enough => more time and concentration on RL...). As I don't want to miss the alliance stuff, I'll try with better organization of my standard actions, but I'm not too good at that

	Wait, you're supposed to build cities in this game? /me is too busy in global chat and alliance chat for such things.

	im on a few hours each day, keeping an eye on AC chat, tweaking things to the left and right, got 8 towns, its alot of work if you just know where to look :)

	Topic Options (top right) > Create Poll I log in as little as once every 2-3 days or several times a day depending on how busy I am IRL... one of the things I like most about Illy is how it does not demand constant attention to maintain a high level account but if you got time to kill there is always plenty to do. I would have ten times less stuff to do if sov hadn't been released - and then the free-move - and then Exodus - and the the neg-food changes - and now water sov is going to be released - and I'm sure further updates in the future - the list goes on (and I'm sure I missed some other game-changers in that list). The fact that shifting cities around, tweaking economy, sov, productions and builds has become an 'on-going' process without hitting the 'end-game' set up that I was expecting probably 6+ months ago has surprised me somewhat though I guess that is surely a good thing. I will be very happy once I've moved my last city in my current action-plan and recovered from general building subsidence such things cause though somehow I can't imagine that will be the end of it once a few more updates are out. Not to mention that elusive 10th city... that behemoth is always lurking under the horizon in case I should ever feel like inflicting some kind of torture on myself. For now though 9 cities is just fine... for me Illy is about future content, tournaments, PvP combat, my alliance and the wider community and other interesting quirks (like mysteries)... I will never be a "be the best" top of the rankings kind of player - don't have enough time for the general grind that involves.

	Just wondering how often people play the game now and for what length of time, the more you progress in the game the less you have to do so you dont have to be on as often. I just check in once or twice a day now but when i started out the game was logged on and up all day as i rushed to get things ready. Could not see were to make a poll ?
