How do create moving pics?

I got Cs5.1 extended, and after effects Cs4, but I do not know how to used those software. Can you help me find a tutorial SunStorm?

	You mean like these? I have used Adobe Photoshop CS5 (Motion tab within the program). I know there are other/easier programs to use, but I love muh photoshop. (These images are all on my personal profile and blog for game fans)
