would the devs consider developing a prestige-fed option to move buildings plot-to-plot? many players are compulsive about building positions within their cities, which makes them reluctant to capture, and there is a real advantage to having identical buildings in identical positions within the cities due to the way the interface moves from town to town oriented to the same plot number.

I like it. Useful function which gives no essential advantage in the pay-to-play vein. Increases functionality, customization and enjoyment of the game for those who would use it.
