Most likely it is due to scribes not being able to pass through war areas on the map!

I do find it interesting that the new herald story mentions trade with the southern factions...

Does anyone else find it a little odd that the current Herald story has not been added to the 'From the Herald' section of the Forum, perhaps just an oversight of the Devs at this (most likely) chaotic moment for them.

But perhaps there is some reason for it?
