I have to agree much with quackers on this, with the exception of his wording about being a poor leader but I understand his contrast. Some of this could have been avoided on understanding of the simple game mechanics. The fact there is no 'out right' rule about attacks for his alliance, does not negate the fact, that a player of Max's (as well as EF) experience KNOWS you do not attack an allied person unless you desire direct and sudden consequenses. EF should have also known as 'being' their leader he had the right to make him make reparations, boot him, whatever because he broke the most basic law in the game that everyone knows about who has spent more than a month playing the game.

 

Now, whether or not the information came from a third player, or if they really do have a spy in the RES camp.. THAT is another issue and much larger and I can see why THAT has TD hackles up. You know how much of an annoyance a spy can be. I would want FULL disclosure as well, if possible, as to how that information got out to EF. You know full well that being a leader is more than just being a figure head but it takes tact, diplomacy, and abiltiy to know what to use and when, AND how much of it.

 

As a leader he is held double accountable for what happens regarding his alliance, most specifically when he is involved. He IS learning but I believe he got 'just a bit' a head of himself. We all do.. but I do believe things can be worked out with TD. But they need to be done most likely by a third party. However if EF desires to do it on his own, I can offer myself as an aid and councelor to him, to try to work things out more benificially for them.

 

EF, it takes time, and your getting there, and you WILL make mistakes along the way. But what you do in them will prove your worth among the poeples of the land, gain honor for your alliance, and nobility for your people.
