The Illy Crafting charts only show anatomies that are currently available.

I usually go by the list on Illy Crafting. Does that contain Tournament II anatomies as well, or just the drops which are currently available?

The anatomies are not the same as in that tourney, its just the ones used currently and I guess for upcoming stuff, which no doubt we will be able to use soon... (in a couple of years or so).

Also the more unique parts that we found during that (such as Lions mane) are not available, despite the devs promising that they would be used in the future and that those that discovered them would receive whatever they would be used for as a reward.

The second Illyriad tournament was called Bloodthirst for Knowledge. Alliances competed to collect the largest amount and broadest array of anatomies.

Why worry about getting entrails anyways?  Currently only thing that I know of req them is the leopard gut bow, and to be honest at this point i just ignore leopards.  

Still hoping giving hearts to the HOC will activate it :D

i have 48 entrails out of 89 leopards
though those are so common i don't count them :P

Do the animals still drop all the part varieties that they did during the taxidermy tournament? It seems like they've cut back to only items useful in crafting and the future magic update.

Leopards drop entrails all the time.  You can get a good idea of what anatomies drop and what do not by looking and trade prices and volumes in the Centrum marketplace.
