Roman Empire has declared war onto the BL oriented Han Dynasty. This declaration was made at 15:41 Server time on the 11th of October. Han officials quickly established contact with Roman Empire's Zynot to determine why the Romans were to go to war against Han. Zynot was quick to reply with racist remarks towards the Chinese as well as stating that Han Dynasty is harboring Romans. 
 
Roman Empire has exhibited extreme dislike for Flavius Aetius, a peasant in Han Dynasty. Flavius Aetius has reported in since his time within Han Dynasty of repeated occurrences of thievery. He grew so annoyed by the attacks that he forwarded a thief report to the then Empress of Roman Empire, Queen Elve. She responded by cursing at him and threatening him with a siege. He sent her an emote, to which she sent an attack of three thousand marshals and a siege attack. 
 
We believed that the attacks came from RE though we did not have evidence and we asked Flavius Aetius to to not respond to anymore messages. We communicated this to Augustus Zynot and he agreed that attacks would stop yet it seems he has changed his mind.
 
Flavius Aetius has already paid for his crimes against Roman Empire, and they still continue to attack him. Now, they have taken their vengeance so far to the point of going to war against a small upstart alliance for simply having Flavius in the ranks. 

 
The Han stands firm despite facing this war. We are united against your hatred.

Edit:

Roman Empire has demanded that Han removes this post or there will not be peace between the two parties.

RE said the declaration  of war was   a joke just like the  T-O  one and Aesir one,  HAN has quickly come to the forums to spread  BS   you have made  a   joke from us  into  a  serious matter,   As for flavius aetius it is well know he is cancer to any alliance he joins ,  He mailed  QE accusing   her of thieving him.  1) There is no  prove it is from RE-    2) The report showed   that the blight killed  plunderers and  only orcs have those   diplomats-   QE replied  telling flavius not to mail her again  or she WILL siege him    flavius mailed her again,  He was asking for it and he recieved it.

I asked HAN to bring down this post down because it will  make things  complicated  i nicely asked you to bring down the post   and i will offer  the peace,  YOU  Reacted by  Editing your post

I offered peace  for    5 Min  it was never accepted-   We said in gc several times it was   a  joke.    RE does not  declare war on small alliances   to raze it  even  one with flavius.....................     Now   HAN emperor  grow up    accept the peace offer  which i sent  and stop making   a    big deal out if it

He likely has not seen it yet, also talking in an offensive manner does nothing to help the situation. 
I hope both of you can resolve this quickly before more insults are thrown over the forums.

He did not see it ``  Pretty sure he did because i mailed him informing him   that i offered peace.

For future reference: I would humbly suggest that, as a gaming community, we use war declarations seriously, sparingly, and never as a joke. The game mechanics make it easy to push that button, but it opens up pandora's box when you do -- regardless of your motives.

I think a "joke" declaration against an alliance you aren't super close to is always a bad idea.  Especially given Roman Empire already had tension with Han due to Flavius' membership, I don't know what they were thinking when they declared.  Doesn't seem particularly funny or in good taste, if it was actually a joke.

I do not believe this has ever been done before, or at least I can not remember a time when it was.
One would think this event will help RE realize there is a reason why using war declarations as jokes is not common. 
Besides there are much wittier ways to joke then to resort to war declarations.

Queen Elve declared war on several alliances  for  laughs and giggles,   Peace was quickly made   we still have  2    showing in diplomatic page which we will leave  their since   that alliance leaders wants it to remain that way.    Yes   we dont like flavius    i spoke with HAN  prime minister  about him.    It was funny   at first    people involved in gc has several  good laughs  about it.
