In a sense, you wanted to BULLY hammy a bit more before you brought the siege engines. Bully?  I'm confused.  I don't think bullies try to help other people.  Or give them 5 chances to make up for what they did.  And he did fulfill the terms.  For nearly a month.  I only sieged him after his name had a "(suspended)" mark after it, and that was only to pave the way for new members.

Spin it as much as you want, you did not help Hammy. You only wanted to bully Hammy for leaving your alliance. And it did not help the fact Hammy had a town right next to yours.
