Grego, I am not complaining. When we talk too much about diplomatic rights and wrongs, it makes me to bring this experience of me with VALAR.

Further, it doesnt have anything to do with H? and VALAR but I see a valid point in Anjire's point of possible sending of mail and sending an mail parallely based on my exp and thats it.

I agree Durin, losing my army and cats dont worry me its just 6 cats and few hundred Stalwarts. I also agree that I missed the point of mailing the alliance as i didnt knew about these.

But seeing the Council member of sending a mail and without waiting for my reply/reading the mail, sending the army to destroy it, its just not acceptable.

Now this is where the crux of their complaint begins to fall apart.  According to Taelin, it was only after H? responded and it was due to our initial response that they sent their attacks against Malpherion's siege.  The math indicates otherwise. The 2K knights from Dunedain had to be launched prior to or immediately following contact from Valar.  At the very least, a good two hours before H? leadership offered their response.  So, in fact they were not operating in good faith and were in violation of their own set standard they wanted us to hold Malpherion accountable too.   There first response was to escalate.

So, we have Valar not only violating their own standard they are now publically lying about the timeline in an attempt to make their position look better.  Not very good show of faith in my opinion.

For those still reading, the above is the rationale for taking a more heavy-handed approach in requesting and seeking restitution in this matter.  Valar is being held to the same standard they wished to hold Malpherion - initiating action before letting diplomacy run its course.

I agree with Anjire in this point and feel that VALAR could have sent army to attack the seiging force when they had sent a mail without waiting for reply as my alt had faced the same with VALAR. I seiged a suspended player from VALAR and got a mail from one of their Council members that I should have mailed them and asked to withdraw. I was away for a day and when I read I agreed to do so and had sent a reply mail that I will be withdrawing my seige forces.

But when my messenger was on way, VALAR has destroyed my seige army and I had lost my 6 cats with few hundreds of Stalwarts.

I never took it to my alliance or anyone, but had sent a mail to the VALAR Council member who mailed me regarding this and asked how come its fair to destroy my army when I agreed to take my forces back. But as against your expectation from a diplomat, I never got any reply

The battlefield is a scene of constant chaos. The winner will be the one who controls that chaos, both his own and the enemies.
