   Not sure if I am reading this Trade research correctly or if I should enter a petition?
For Guild Bureaucracy research it says you can recruit another 10 harvesters in your guilds, no matter their level.

The way it works now is that I can recruit just 10 more skinners, even though I have 2 skinner guilds.

With two (2) lvl 20 skinner guilds I think I should get:

1st) 20 for lvl 20 + 20 for guild record keeping + 10 for guild administration + 10 for guild bureaucracy = 60 skinners
2nd) 20 for lvl 20 + 0 for guild record keeping + 10 for guild administration + 10 for guild bureaucracy = 40 skinners

total = 100 skinners

when I try to build more than 90 skinners, I get the message "your town can only support 90"

So, should I enter a Petition or is my math and understanding wrong somewhere?

If it is just 10 extra skinners no matter the number of buildings, then 30 days to research does not seem worth it!!

	Guild administration adds 10 total harvesters per category, PER CITY. It's active when you have one guild building at level 20, or multiple guild buildings that total 20 levels. So the game is correct.

	I dont think you get the 10 for guild admin on a 2nd guild

	The text for Guild Administration says "for each guild building that reaches level 20" It would be nice to get a response from Illy Management on my example. Since the Research descriptions appear to be clear, as you can see from these posts, different people interpret differently. So how do I know if I should enter a petition or not? I have another city with two lvl 20 skinner guilds and NO guild bureaucracy and they have 80 skinners. So Guild Administration does give 10 more per every 20 levels. 	the description for guild bureaucracy reads... an extra 10 units in your miners guilds, an extra 10 in your skinner guilds, etc etc. So it does just add 10 units, otherwise it would read... an extra 10 in each of your miner guilds, etc, etc.

	I see where you could read the text to mean that each guild of level 20 can support 10 extra units.

	And Darkwords, your response above is the crux of the matter. At first you thought Guild Administration was just 10 no matter the number of buildings. Now, it's Guild Bureaucracy. I am not picking on you. I am using your words as an example that interpretation is not the same for each person. I read Guild Bureaucracy different. So I was hoping to get a ruling from Illy Management before I submit a petition to the already over-flowing Petition bin :)

	My interpretation (which may not be correct) is that Guild Administration gives a single bonus of 10 for each guild type regardless of the number of buildings (provided you have one at level 20, or a number of identical ones whose levels add up to at least 20). I believe that Guild Bureaucracy gives a bonus of 10 extra units per building (so, for example, 2 Skinners Guilds should give a 20-skinner bonus), regardless of level. So in your case Machete, I think you can only count the 10 for Guild Administration once. I don't have the level requirements to check Guild Administration, but Guild Bureaucracy did give me an extra 10 per guild. However I only have one building for each guild in any given town, so I could be wrong about getting 10 extra for each identical building. At some point I did read another older forum post discussing the same question; I think that it included an explanation from one of the GM's. I would agree that the research descriptions might be better worded to improve clarity and eliminate the ambiguity. Edited by Llyr - 03 Mar 2013 at 20:52

	I should have searched before posting this post (http://forum.illyriad.co.uk/guild-bureaucracy-research_topic4265_page1.html?KW=bureaucracy) basically covers the same thing with the same conclusion. No one really knows and no response from Illy Management.
