   A good tactic for bringing down wards is to send waves of basic scouts against the target city. However this tactic of mass suicide seems like something that orcs are more likely to utilise than other races so I was thiking perhaps the other races diplomatic units could become twice as expensive, yet twice as effective or that the orcish scout units could be chaged to be goblins travelling in pairs so each scout unit brings down 2 charges so that orcs are twice as effective in this tactic.
P.s. my main accout is elven so this is not an idea just to try to improve the orcish race but one that will hopefully further diversify the races.
