My map tiles have returned to normal, but the scrollbar persists...

Scrollbar in Chrome on the map(since yesterday). And i have illytools installed too.

The scrollbar is gone, thank you.

However, now the city select menu jumps to the city on the top of the list as soon as I open it, preventing me from selecting the city myself.  Not every time, but maybe about a third of the time.

Click the left or right arrows either side of the city select menu and try again.

Seems like that drop down fails to load properly the first time and fixes itself when you do that.
