Esteemed Lords, Honored Citizens, and Faithful Allies of Elgea,
It is with grave concern and resolute intent that the Council communicates recent developments arising from the Broken Lands to our south. The alliance known as The Grand Fleet, formerly recognized by the banner of Yarr, has egregiously breached the sacred tenets of peace and civility that uphold our united realms. Their commanders have orchestrated relentless assaults upon fledgling kingdoms, razing innocent settlements, and violating every code of honorable warfare recognized by this esteemed Council.
In response, and after due deliberation reflecting the values established by our forebears, the Council of Illyria has revoked entirely and unequivocally any territorial claims previously held or recognized for The Grand Fleet. Their declared dominions—spanning from the Pirate Isles to the distant shores of the Shardlands and all territories therein—are henceforth nullified, void as though never proclaimed.
Let all who dwell within Elgea, steadfast guardians of tradition and virtue, bear witness: Illyria shall never sanction cruelty nor permit aggression unchecked. Any semblance of legitimacy or diplomatic privilege formerly granted to The Grand Fleet ceases this day. No further recognition nor shelter shall be afforded their territorial assertions, in our land or elsewhere.
