If you have not made a password for the game it should be your windows app password/ what it was when you downloaded the app. Any emails should also be sent to the email that is associated with your windows app account.
I hope what I have written helps you get your account back

Tried it at Chrome, Firefox, IE, Opera, Edge, [insert browser name here] etc?
Cleared cache and cookies? Done a naked war dance? Waved burning bunches of sage over it? Sworn very loudly? Offered bribes? I have no idea, just throwing some options out there. Wish I could help. M

Hi,
Yes, I've tried that but it doesn't recognize any of my passwords. I've tried to get a password reminder but I don't get the email. I'm just annoyed because I just got to the point where I could start expanding. I'll have to make a new account from my browser if I can't fix it but I prefer playing from the app on my computer. |

Have you tried logging in direct in the browser? No installing/uninstalling of anything needed, no app, nothing apart from logging in.
I go here: www.elgea.illyriad.co.uk (And an option to remind/reset a password too.) There is a drop down to select if you're logging in using game name, FB, Google or Steam. Marty

Hi all,
I was playing via a pre-installed app on my computer (Windows 10) quite happily for weeks then one day (2 days ago) it stopped working. It goes through the correct log in sequence until it gets to 'initialize' and just stays there - for hours. ![]() I've tried logging in from my browser but it then doesn't recognize any log in details so I've uninstalled it completely with the thought of re-installing the app but it brings up the download page for a brief moment then disappears. I've turned off my anti-virus in case that was causing problems but still now joy. Has anyone struck this before or has any ideas please?? I have no problems with any other programs. Help??? |
