game freezing...

   Hello all, Illyriad is cool, but I have this annoying problem:
when I play, the game usually get totally blocked, so I can't do anything, even logout, and I have to close the page and reload it! but usually I can't neither log in again!  both on firefox 11 and chrome. Thank you
