After 3 weeks of continuous play I can not login to the game under my user Lemoulin

I use a Mac running Safari

Try mailing accounts@illyriad.co.uk with this information.  I assume you've tried the reset password option?

i get that once in a while also  I just put in my password then and sign in . 
If Horses don't go to Heaven when they die. then I want to go where they go.

First things first, try another browser. See which ones work and which do not.

Petition it, but we are aware of login issues. That do tend to pass, but from personal experience it might help to clear you cookies and don't use anything like Last Pass, etc.

I have been getting that message all the time now. but I just clicked enter again and it works fine .
