Congratulations to all that fought in this tourney, well done and well fought!    It did come down to the wire and I respect and congratulate Crows for incredible competition.

About the tourney itself, again, there were too many bugs and the randomness of winning the champions did not really test skill, it was a matter of who happened to be on the square at the right time.    It would be nice to see a more skill oriented tourney.      This really was one of my least favorite tourneys but fun because of the competition, nonetheless.

Thanks a lot to Anjire on the wonderful stats..... Clap
absolutely agree with Starry about the number of bugs and the randomness of this tourney and would also like to see a more skill oriented tourney
One recommendation would be to divide the portals on basis of number of active cities its unfair to have  single portal for some of the crowded places like norweld ,MK when compared to some distant regions where the no. of cities and hence the competition is relatively less
Congratulations to H? on a well deserved victory... you guys really turned the heat on even after  coming back from a long war..Beer

The information is compiled from the publicly posted stats on the tournament detail pages. Make sure you are looking at the spreadsheet correctly and have the correct tab opened up.

To Clarify:

Attacking Alliance tab - only stats when an alliance is the attacker are compiled on this sheet.  This sheet is sorted by defender casualties because on attack you want to know how many and at what ratio you killed off the defender units.  A higher ratio = better  (AC/DC)

Defending Alliance tab -  Only the stats when an alliance is the defender are compiled on this sheet.  This sheet is sorted by Attacker casualties because on defense you want to know how many and at what ratio you killed off the attacking units.  A lower ratio = better  (AC/DC)

Alliance Combined - This sheet takes the totals from the previous tabs to calculate Combined Attacking and Defending Totals = Total Casualties, Combined Defending and Attacking Casualties = Total Kills.  Ratio = TK/TC  Higher = better.    Also on this sheet is the number of Champions each alliance captured and then the calculated Casualty/Medal cost.    This is the sheet you want to compare TOTAL losses, kills on not the prior two sheets.

Individual stats Alphabetical:  Again, only attacking stats are available for this sheet same set up as Attacking Alliance tab with every individual that attacked a square listed.

Individual Stats(HDC -> LDC):  This is the same information as the prior tab only sorted based on highest defender casualties inflicted to lowest defender casualties.

If you wish to mess around the data yourself - I have the raw data saved in its own file.  It is simply a copy and paste of all the detail attack reports from all the regions.

I'm interested in how you compiled the individual defence stats. How is it possible to work out what % of a given attackers forces were killed by a given % of a defenders forces in a situation where there are multiple defenders on a tile?
Just curious :)

There is no individual statistic based on defense  - The defender Casualty column is how many defenders the individual attacker killed.

okay...I think not many have understood this right..for those  who haven't figured it yet

Individual Attack Stats
This one is easy..single player attacks a parked army on a square ..add the def and attkr casualties for a particular player u get the total numbers...divide the no. Of casualties by number f attackers lost..you get the ratio

Alliance based attack/def ratios
Simple again just add the numbers get a ratio....divide
it by no. Of medals won u get ratio of troops lost per medal

Why no individual players def stats
Please see the square details page...when defending only the name of the alliance is shown while 10 different players may be on it

I lost more troops than shown in the list
Absolutely you would have...coz you were defending and attacking..the individual losses are the losses incurred when attacking and the casualties inflicted by you

Anjire, had you noticed any difference with clearing armies posting kills and losses? For a while it seemed like only armies that occupied were being listed in the stats.

Yes.

Unfortunately, the start of the tournament was bugged so much of the initial data from that day is not available.  The start time/date of 4/3/2013 7:10 is when the data starts and a number of squares were occupied by that time.
