There once was an orc from Nantucket, who's spear poked a hole in a bucket, as the water poured down, he held firmly around, and decided that he'd like to drink it.

Only by the lusting of the Gods, only by the will of the Creators (The First Father-The First Mother) We are free to worship, free to sacrifice
We have lived long We have seen much But only in the Dance of Death will we know all that is knowable Only in the Dance of Death will we live forever Side by side with the Jaguar
-------------------------------------------------------------- THE ORC LORDS' PREY PRAYER
Mighty Wyldfyr Spark of Bonfyr Hollowed be thy name In War hard won Thy will be done In pestilence and in pain By the fridged, dark before Into the piercing light of War Let our enemies blood rain Give us this day our daily dead Forgive us our non-aggression Deliver us unto battle For Thine is the Ax And the Sword And the Spear Forever and ever Amen

This is a poem about war in Illy:
The Enemy Catapults Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom
Here is one about war and how horrid it is: Untitled
Hear the words I sing, War's a horrid thing, So I sing sing sing...ding-a-ling-a-ling. Thank you :D

Prologue Many have walked my path,
And many to come will to, A monk of the Order of Philellis, Holders of knowledge and learning, Forbidden to live a life of finance, War, lust, or dwellings, We must live alone, Within our own abbis's or on the road. Part I I sit here in my dark damp cell, A monk in my lowest order, I write some wonderings life, Here, within this, My final charter, I set fourth, A boy, fourteen in age, From my dear Abbey Park, My life in whole ahead, What adventures I should encounter? I was so unsure, Sandals upon my feet, A robe upon my back, No possessions should I carry, Except for book et quill, Gold have I, All of 20 pieces, For I was to live and live, From land and sea, To learn was my quest, Knowledge was my bread, Across the lands of Illyria, I was to travel, My lessons to record, My book set, My houses, Hedgerows, My castles, Trees, My moats, Ditches, My horse, Of shank's, Through woods, Through desert From Norweld, I drifted, Wolcast, Fyrgis, I stayed at Lostwithiel, A faction hub, My feet, They hurt, Throngs of pain, Fly through muscles, So to an inn, I fletch my back upon a bed, And soak my body in bath of red, Rose water and lavender, Relief of pain, Alas, Onwards I must travel, More lessons must I heed, More people I must meet, And maps must I scratch, Part II Four years have past since my adventures begin,
Through empires and territories I travel, Elf, Dwarf, And Orcs, All I have met, Most of kind origin, Some, Less so, Bruises and cuts, Scratches and gashes, My determination draining, Day by day, Finally collapse did I, And sleep, For days upon days, I dream, Infected wounds, That septisisum, Gunk, green as thee like, Seeping from my back, I awoke, Empty room, Nothing less a bed of straw, A bowel of water, A window with sunbeams flowing through, First beams of new sun, Flood upon the wall, I sit, Swing my legs around, I feel a course grinding, My back has a trickle, My fingers they probe, Blood, Moss, I rise to the window, City of beauty, Sun lighting upon eastern side, A knock, A brother, Surprise, My order, We drink, And talk, His story he tells, A life like mine, Within him, It dwells, He fix's me back, To life I raise, To the abis, I go, The abbot, He knows of my strife, And soon sets me straight, Back on the road, My feet are now set, Part III An old man,
I now approach, Cities of Camelot do I seek, By chance, Half blind, I stray unto Tolsby, Direction have i lost, An inn I find, An audience gathers, I heed my story unto them, They raise their drinks up to I, Before nights end, My tales are relayed to the castle. Asleep in a barn, I am tussled by guards, The take me to the keeps castle, The minister, A woman, She listens to my plights, Upon a cart I find myself, Leaving as the clock strikes XI, The spring breeze, It sweeps my hair, For five or six hour we travel, By night, I am in a straw pit, In my own Abis, My abbot, Happy with my accomplishment, So here in my cell, I settle, To end my days, Amongst the gardens, And monks, And bells, Epilogue So here,
I sit, My candle burning, Nearly low, The darkness closing around me, It will soon be time to take my pit, And take my last breaths, My year’s catalogued, In Avalon’s library, My legacy, My order.

Love is a warm light in your hands Looks like a flower ,feels like rain
Love is a weight in your chest It brakes your heart and makes you afraid
You hold it close ,you never let go it makes you complete and feels like home

To do something truly unique for Illy and not just a fantasy setting my poem is about Illy's specific geography
its long im sorry but stay with me XD
A Frightening corner in the edge of the map, The Wastes sit devoid of life and flat.
Kal Tirikan its neighbor both mountains and plains, but a wild land not yet quite tamed.
Harsh winder winds from the lands of Wolfcast, Make stalwart soldiers grip cloaks held to fast.
Higher yet are the mountains of Ursor, Blood reavers home pray not your pursuer.
Again a corner the lands of Qarosslan, To inhabit the ice the blood of a hard man.
Down for Tamarin a land that cant decide, for mountains or forests stand tall or hide.
To Laoshin now mostly elfish domain, the forests are thick filled with their game.
Mal Motsha lies west a land more wild, mothers tell stories to frighten their child.
Below is Keshalia jungle holding its heart, a brood-some place where death does part.
The sands of Kul Tar blow fast and quick, heat makes water on the eyes but a trick.
The rainforest so proud in the folds of Elijal, strange guardians stand on a lonesome vigil.
Djebeli now sits a sprawling jungle but there's sand, situated in the east with none to lend a hand.
Larn the bottom a place of ill repute and name, murders and thieves to them life is a game.
Kem and Trome islands not together but a pair, water loving nations and the sights bring a tear.
Now Tallimar so long stretched out like a cloud, with its city of temples they draw quite a crowd.
Farra Isle alone and best thought forgotten, because the harpies live here beings so rotten.
Azura above with the golden glow of its throne, but a savage land made of not soil but stone.
The forest of Arran so dense and tight knit, but men cut it down with hard labor and grit.
Small hills in Turalia but light forest as well, a peaceful lot of elf's here do they dwell.
Plains and forest hills with sand dotted near, the lands of Zanpur strange but no need for fear.
Perrigor sits with a border connected to all, the circle of five waits in their ancient hall.
Lucerna to pass through between center and east, but not to be missed for they hold many a feast.
And Ragallon a land sounding so strong and bold, the mountains they claim are inhabited by trolls.
Windlost now as we turn up and towards the west, passing through the forest filled with a buzzing pest.
West further again through the lands of Norweld, a huge mountain range in its center is held.
Meilla now nearing the end of our journey, Quick we must but not slowed by their tourney.
Freemorn now the other side of this large land, from the top to the bottom mountains make a stand.
Through the western realms quickly so aptly named, passing the lords of the west renowned for their fame.
Kumala stretches to the last corner of the map, but be weary of the Melders so don't take a nap.
Lan Larosh it seems is loved by quite a few but be careful least you end up in Orc stew.
The strange mountain range in Keppen with the tinkers, but they fit rather well and are wondrous thinkers.
The where the Dwarves reside Tor Carrock there home the bear they brew loved and hated for its foam.
And at last we made it to the Middle Kingdom, the center of the map and also the noob ring.
Hope you all enjoyed your tour!

This song is better read after listening to "Carry On" by Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young.
"Settle On"
One morning I woke up and I knew the time was come. A new game, a new town, I knew I should see it along. Play your way, I'll play mine and settle on.
The map is clearing and the ranger has gone out. The report, it comes, the world is all full of dogs. Rejoice, rejoice, we have no choice but to fight on.
The chatters of global are able to help you along. Now witness the quickness with which we hug along. To chat with all you've got to bear the troll and carry on.
Carry on, Luna is coming, Luna is coming to us all.
Where are you going now my dev? Where will you be tomorrow? Will you bring me happiness? Will you bring me sorrow? Oh, the questions of a thousand dreams, what you do and what you see, Coder, can you talk to me?
Wildlife, when I was on my own, chasing you down, What was it made you run, trying your best just to get around? The questions of a thousand dreams, what you do and what you see, Coder, can you talk to me?

A Gamers search.
I move with ease, as is my nature.
Through time and place, seeking out.
That which pleases and attracts me.
Draws me onward, searching still.
One day I sensed a thriving gathering.
Glowing, shining in the gloom.
Something of value, worth and glory.
And thus I found you, Illyriad land.
I shall stay a long time with you.
Building, planning, fighting maybe.
Posting, chatting or just growing.
Happy in your company.
