   I don't know if this is true for anyone else, but the number 20 alliance position repeats from page 1 to page 2 for me.  Rhyagelle is both at the bottom of the list on page 1 and the top of the list on page 2.
/me suspects they have some special arrangement with the developers to give them extra visibility.
