I do have  a*cough-newb-cough* question to ask...  If someone is buying/selling in the market, and a town is blockaded - will it intercept the market transactions?  

The reason I wonder about this is because potentially one person could ship out resources and never get paid, or one person can send money and never receive resources...  or perhaps both players lose out if both the outgoing money and incoming resources are intercepted...  Please let me know (^_^) Thanks!

Yes Sun. All caravans are equal (targets) in the eyes of Illy's resident blockaders.

This is not working as described.  We are aware of at least two situations where a second or later blockade intercepted a caravan where the first did not.

If you wish, we could file a petition with the details.

Please note, I'm not complaining about this feature in any way, just observing that it does not work as described.

6 month necro... Perhaps a petition would be a better place to report this bug than in the announcements?

Also perhaps the caravan successfully "rolled" to avoid capture by the first blockade... then failed a "roll" to avoid capture by the second? I don't know, just a guess.

It would make sense if a caravan would have to roll multiple times in succession to avoid multiple blockades.
