It would be cool and aesthetic if Dwarves could build two blacksmiths to deal with the economic hardship of sourcing enough swords and chain for infantry from the same building, and it seems like this could easily go for the other races
2x spearmaker for Orcs, 2x fletcher for Elves, 2x saddlemaker for Humans. Simple bonuses that are relevant but feel quite specific to Illy races

Another way to do this would be expanding the sov weapon production bonus, swords for Dwarves, spears for Orcs, bows for Elves and saddles for Humans
I believe the sov bonuses are currently very weak due to being tuned for the early server when weapons were rare, so the base sov bonuses could also use a big boost for this to be effective. Something really interesting this would do is make small players who aren't big enough to use food sov extremely relevant to an alliance's weapon supply, giving them a bigger early role than "grow big so you can do stuff later" A popular comment new Dlords make is how they would like to supply the alliance with weapons, and it rarely makes sense to do weapons sov due to the cost vs the weapon value

It could make sense to tie the production sov to the value of food sov for a 6 food. Food would still be significantly more valuable on average due to helping total pop for more towns
(6*2000)*.05 = 600 pop for a level five 5 food sov square 600x4 = 2400g per hour If production sov is worth 5% per level (can't check as I don't have any) then: 3x.5 = .15 = 15% bonus for level 3 sov, as level 4 costs too much basics For beer at 400g with a net profit of 340g, 15p/h*.15 = 2.25 more per hour 2.25*340g = 765g per hour, assuming surplus basics for sov upkeep If the basics are counted at 1g it's underwater. I think rather than think about matching that value it makes sense to also reduce weapons sov basics upkeep by 10x. Then at current prices a 3x increase in the sov bonus would match beer sov to food sov for a 6 food if I got it right. The racial bonus could be 2x again, maybe lol Notably, if the sov bonuses made a change in the weapons supply, then matching them relative to current prices would tend to make them still lower than par after the new supply changed prices. As an aside, another group this would be really interesting for would be military players on milsov spots with no food - suddenly they have the option of huge weapons production if they switch off of milsov to weapons sov
