Seconded. Gives more of a reason to compete in tournaments. The current situation means that an alliance 9 times out of 10 will get the totem bonus they want regardless of if they fight for it or not, and the fact that medals are only rewarded to the top 3 means that for most groups fighting in a tourney is completely pointless.
